Can my loyalty level drop?
No. SpinCrypto loyalty levels are based on total qualifying real-money bets and never move backwards. Turnover from bonus funds does not count toward progression, so the level reached stays attached to the account.
Do losses or deposits earn rakeback?
Neither. The reward is a percentage of the theoretical house edge generated by real-money play: turnover multiplied by house edge multiplied by the rakeback rate. A 1,000 USD turnover at a 3.7% edge and a 5% rate produces about 1.85 USD. The size of a deposit or of a loss does not enter the formula.
When is rakeback wager-free?
From Bronze 5 up, claimed rakeback is credited as real funds with no wagering requirement. At lower levels it carries an x1 requirement with a cap of ten times the claimed amount, up to 300 USD and 7 days to complete it. A SpinCrypto VIP manager is available from the same Bronze 5 level.
